Adam Beamer, MBA
Executive Director
Adam Beamer is an accomplished association professional with nearly 20 years of experience helping nonprofit and medical organizations grow, connect, and create meaningful impact. He has extensive expertise in board governance, strategic planning, operations management, and member engagement, working closely with volunteer leaders to deliver programs that advance organizational missions.
Before joining Lutine Management, Adam served as a Continuing Medical Education (CME) Specialist at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, where he developed and managed CME activities across the Mayo system. His work ensured compliance with accreditation standards and supported lifelong learning for healthcare professionals.
Adam’s career reflects a strong commitment to organizational leadership and program development. He is passionate about empowering mission-driven organizations to strengthen their communities through effective governance, innovative programming, and collaborative partnerships.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Appalachian State University and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership from Jacksonville University.

Candida Taylor
Associate Executive Director
Candida Taylor has over 17 years experience in non-profit association management, focusing on professional medical associations. Candida has a broad scope of knowledge in meeting and conference planning and has worked with many different venues to create large conferences as well as smaller task force and board meetings. She has also been a successful fundraiser for over 22 years, organizing events and soliciting sponsorship opportunities for those events. She received a BFA from Syracuse University, School of Visual & Performing Arts.
