REGISTRATION/HOTEL RESERVATIONS

There is a $25 charge to attend the Scientific Assembly, which includes Continental breakfast and lunch.  Pre-registration is required to assure space.  The charge for the Dinner Dance is $75 per person.  (No charge for Family Medicine Residents for either function).  For further information, contact the Delaware Academy of Family Physicians at 302-479-5515.

ACCREDITATION

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Determination of credit is pending.

Application has been made for AOA credit in category 2-A of the Continuing Medical Education Program of the American Osteopathic Association.

The American Nurses Association Credentialing Center awards 1.2 Contact Hours for each Continuing Medical Education Credit. (One CME = 1.2 Contact hours.)
